TRAVELLING TEAMS
When booking 9 months plus out from the Festival we do a payment plan as below.
Deposit 20% - 2 weeks from confirmation
Second Payment 40% - 3 months from confirmation
Balance 40% - 60 days from travel
LOCAL TEAMS (Queensland local schools/clubs) Play Only Teams
Play Only $1,000.00 per team of 10 players
***Finals are being held at the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games Netball Courts - Coomera Indoor Sports Centre***
Deposit 50% - 2 weeks from confirmation
Balance 50% - 20 February of the year of the Festival or FULL payment
All prices quoted in Australian Dollars. Unless stated
We accept payments via credit card or funds transfer.
Once your team is registered and confirmed, we will send you an invoice in AUD or NZD if requested.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing.
When numbers are reduced, price per person goes up as the package price is split between all travellers.
The best option is to replace the person to avoid any loss. The cost to do this at present is $100 for change of name on an airline ticket.
Policy is based on your tour cost.less the below.
Once deposits have been paid
less 20% of tour cost paid per travelling person
14 weeks from travel
less 30% of tour cost paid per travelling person- subject to numbers that are reduced.
10 weeks from travel
less 50% of tour cost paid per travelling person
6 weeks from travel
less 75% of tour cost paid per travelling person
4 weeks from travel

NOTE: If all the TRAVELLERS' NAMES AND DATE OF BIRTHS HAS BEEN received by us, your insurance policies will be issued. Please check your insurance policy.
If the person has to pull out due to medical reasons or imediate family medical reasons it is a good idea to enquire with your travel insurance policy.
