Payment Guidelines

TRAVELLING TEAMS

Register here

When booking 9 months plus out from the Festival we do a payment plan as below.
 
Deposit 20% - 2 weeks from confirmation
 
Second Payment 40% - 3 months from confirmation
 
Balance 40% - 60 days from travel
 
All prices quoted in Australian Dollars. Umless stated
We accept payments via credit card or bank transfer
 

LOCAL FIJIAN TEAMS ONLY - Play Only Teams

Deposit  50% - Once registered
Balance 50% - 30 days from Festival
 
All prices quoted in Fijian Dollars. Unless stated
We accept payments via credit card or funds transfer
 

Once your team is registered and confirmed,
we will send you an invoice in AUD, NZD or FJD as requested

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing.

When numbers are reduced, price per person goes up as the package price is split between all travellers.

The best option is to replace the person to avoid any loss.  The cost to do this if ticketeded is $100 for change of name on an airline ticket.

Policy is based on your tour cost.less the below.

Once deposits have been paid

less 20% of tour cost paid per travelling person

14 weeks from travel

less 30% of tour cost paid per travelling person- subject to numbers that are reduced.

10 weeks from travel

less 50% of tour cost paid per travelling person

6 weeks from travel

less 75% of tour cost paid per travelling person

4 weeks from travel

TRAVELLING TEAMS' INSURANCE

NOTE: If all the TRAVELLERS' NAMES AND DATE OF BIRTHS HAS BEEN received by us, your insurance policies will be issued. All travellers are required to site your insurance policy.

If the person has to pull out due to medical reasons or immediate family medical reasons it is a good idea to enquire with your travel insurance policy.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing.
 
Refunds apply as follows:
 
From registration up until 8 weeks before Festival
50% of the cost paid per person.
 
From registration up until 4 weeks before Festival
75% of the cost per  paid per person.
 
From less than 4 weeks before Festival
